I had the pleasure of hearing you speak in Santa Monica on the Course in Miracles, in the 1980's, it has been so inspiring to witness your evolution these many years, I appreciate your books, and your contributions to our culture. Thanks to you this Thanksgiving !

And THAT (among other similar reasons) is why you were marginalized as a presidential candidate. Bernie had a bigger platform. But although he was able to get farther, they would never allow him to succeed. And you were (are) even more progressive than Bernie.

First part of your analysis was good. However, boomers didn't wake up and rebel. Instead, they passed on their passivity to gen x and millennials. Then, gen x passed on that beta mentality to gen z.

At the least, attempting social change such as transitioning companies to collectively employee owned ones is something those in power will fight against via every avenue and they make it clear those attempting to do so will pay a personal price for the attempt.
