We need to shift from “What does the economy need to keep going?” to “What do people need to keep going? “ Right now we have it backwards.

You mean we need a moral compass and we don't have one.

It's not socialism dear one.

We need a good economy to keep going. First people have to have enough money for housing and food. A bad economy produces much hunger and homelessness. The left forgets that the money for necessities has to come from production,

When you reverse the economy…you will create pain and suffering that harkens back to the ‘30s. You think mental health is bad now? You think drug abuse is bad now? Just wait.

1/3 👀 you have it backwards, obviously you’ve not sat through a job interview recently. The job recruiters are acting as gatekeepers, wether Democrat or Republican and looking for people to indoctrinate on the job. A job is not there to indoctrinate.

You are absolutely RIGHT! ... and I think the general population somehow knows this!

The stupid thing is the economy would fix itself if we focused on helping the poorest and those who need the help. More money to spend means more profit for the billionaires yet they are too stupid to see this.

This country is so oligarchial, they don't care about everyday people. "I have mine; you get yours." The poor and disabled and homeless are mere nuisances to be shrugged off, ignored and even criminalized. Canada is helping their people. Not here. thestar.com/news/canada/2022…
