Certainly better than anything the Republicans are offering, considering that every one of them voted against ANY reduction in drug prices. Having said that, the cap should be as close to zero as possible, as it is in other countries. And for everyone not only those on Medicare
Starting in January, we’re capping the cost of insulin for seniors on Medicare at $35 a month. That’s more money at the end of the month to pay for groceries, to get your car repaired, to put toward holiday shopping for your grandkids.

Trump lowered insulin to what EU and Canada was paying which was much smarter and Biden removed that law. Now with inflation, a hard cap could mean the cost to manufacture is greater than $35. Then we have ANOTHER shortage. Biden et al never had a job sans lifeguard = dumb

This was already done, then rescinded by Biden and now he's doing it and calling it his idea? cms.gov/newsroom/press-relea…

Politicians on both sides need to pass clean bills if they want to get bipartisan votes. But they dont exactly because of finger-pointers like you.

Your standards are abysmally low - but you can afford them. Democrats haven't helped ANYONE save money on their medications, because the 10 (yes, only TEN) meds they have set up for price negotiations won't kick-in for another three years

Shame that the country can't tackle the topic of Metabolic Syndrome. 80% of the country is metabolically unwell. Until the cause is addressed, the need for insulin will only skyrocket. The food industry was captured by the tobacco industry in the 1980s. And sugar is poison.

Cap should be $0 out of pocket for all, not "as close to zero as possible."
