Elon Musk owning Twitter is weird enough. Saudi Arabia partnering with him to become the second largest shareholder takes it to a whole other level of wait wut? Given how dedicated they are to human freedom and all. cnn.com/2022/10/31/tech/murp…

It's interesting that you were okay with that same Saudi owning the same amount of Twitter before Elon bought Twitter, but now you think it's bad.

Saudi Arabia has had a massive stake in @Twitter for years. Don't pretend like the crown prince just randomly decided to invest in it when @elonmusk purchased it.

It is good that Musk now owns Twitter. It goes a long ways in changing Democrat's almost total control of big social media.

The Saudis already owned the shares and have done so for 8 years. They are simply staying in. So nothing is changing there.

Did you complain when the Saudis began buying up blocks of Youtube stock years ago?

Marianne, why didn't you care when Saudi Arabia was already invested in Twitter? Or the other US companies SA invests in?

They rolled their existing ownership over, Marianne. Apparently you didn’t have a problem with it for many years.
