So basically, Republicans don't bother to raise the minimum wage because the ratio of $7.25 versus $221 Billion is essentially zero anyway (0.0000000000328).

He paid $11 billion in 2021. Between 2014-2018 he earned $1.5 billion and paid $455 million in taxes. How much is he supposed to pay? Remember that $221 billion isn't income.
