I’d rather have my Senator be a principled man who sometimes has trouble getting his words out, than someone who can get his words out but sacrificed his principles along the way.
Here’s a truth few will say aloud but I will: Being a senator is America’s easiest job. You just have to sit there & say “yay” or “nay.” This notion that @JohnFetterman can’t do that job because he’s recovering from a health event is moronic — and everyone in media knows it.

Say what you really mean. I'd vote for a boiled potato if it was blue

Are you serious right now? He is running for the Senate! What are you talking about?
It depends on what those principles are, now doesn't it? Most are repulsed by terminating a pregnancy at 38 weeks. If you're not, then you know which side of history you stand. And it ain't pretty.

Fetterman was lazy and didn’t show up for work when he was healthy. You know this. Now he will have his health to not show up to do this job. You will be ok with this. Shameful. We are doomed.
