AZ refuses to put their dropboxes under CCTV surveillance when people can deposit their ballot so as long as they do not prevent someone from dropping off their ballot more power to them.

Easily solvable problem. Go to a polling location and show ID. If you are unable ti do so for any reason, request an absentee ballot.

I'm not sure I understand this ... Are these men guarding the drop box ... or ... are they Scaring and Preventing people from voting ... my guess is it's probably the latter!
