I love talking at colleges and universities. Today's young people seem to have an instinctive understanding they shouldn't have to live their lives at the effect of bad ideas left over from the 20th century. 1/2 ·

Generations individuate just like individuals do. Take what works from the past & emulate it; take what doesn't work & throw it out, break the chain, free yourself & create anew. Letting corporations run the world was a very bad idea. We did it, & now it's time to undo it. 2/2

China was a darling of the west. A “model country” for neoliberals. Chinese government decided to clamp down on American corporations and now China is an enemy

Only socialism can undo it. Capitalism has also failed at all stages.

If they manage to wrest control from the corporate duopoly before it incinerates us in a ball of nuclear fire, more power to them. Barring the complete collapse of society I don’t see the .01% giving up its power to Gen Z.

College students are some of the most out of touch, elite liberal minded people in the world. If revolution comes, it won’t be from college campuses. Specially with Marianne telling them that Democrats are the good guys.
