Fossil fuel energy costs 5- 17 cents per kilowatt-hour. Solar energy costs 3-6 cents per kilowatt-hour. Going solar significantly lowers our energy costs & our carbon footprint. W/out an emergency level transition to a clean energy grid the planet will become uninhabitable.

Question: Since when did @RepAOC become an energy expert? When did @SenSanders become a Hospital and healthcare expert? Why aren't real experts being consulted. Instead @SenateDems @HouseDemocrats are spewing @DemSocialists talking points designed to end America.

@Demsocialists policies are designed to delegitimize destabilize and dismantle America. Yet our over privileged left think yeah cutoff fossil fuel yes let's destroy our medical system - while millions pour into our country knowing life is better here than almost anywhere

It's just not powerful enough yet. When you think of solar you probably think about lighting a home office or factory.

The world uses approx 18 TW of power every day (enough for 18,000 flux capacitor equipped DeLoreans to time travel every day). Meanwhile, there are approx. 173,000 terawatts of sunlight hitting the earth every hour. Plenty of light!
