Homelessness is an inevitable consequence of trickle-down economics. Over half a million Americans are homeless but there are 16 million vacant homes here. We need a 21st C Economic Bill of Rights to break the back of a soulless economic order & put people's lives back on track

Putting a bandage on a situation wont help. Agencies with Fed funds to help with mental health and additions are not accountable. Attaché the funding to success stories, Agencies dump the issue on property managers when a problem arises the case managers will often say

They can voluntarily leave the program which is often code for we no more money for this one. PM only recourse is to evict! Person ends up on the street. Public says oh we have a problem and the cycle repeats over and over.
