He's right. Price gouging is an imaginary crime. Laws against it are quite harmful AND HURT PEOPLE BY CREATING SHORTAGES OF CRITICAL GOODS.

The regulation he wants to get rid of ... is there to PROTECT ... PEOPLE! ... The "Marketplace" might say ... in the case of Baby Formula ... if only a couple babies die because it's to costly to stop and clean the machines ... then ... for them ... that's an acceptable loss!
