Eras of history pass away, and this one will too. This fossil fuel addicted/warmongering/economically sociopathic age of American history will one day be seen as an unfortunate aberration, replaced at last by a wisdom culture emerging like an acorn that will become a giant oak.

I hope! but it could also be the era that plunges humanity into survival mode or extinction. The choice is before us now as your generation and mine stood by watching the destruction, figuring our grandkids could clean up our mess. But we still have a chance.
