If corporations have all the power, then the average citizen basically does not. Power in the hands of the average citizen is the point of a free democratic society. Corporations having too much power, then, is a threat to our democracy. People are waking up. Enough is enough.

You'd think more people would be outraged. I guess those PR commercials really do work. Cuz those same mega corporations showing you commercials about how they're working towards the future are the same ones deciding where your kids go to school and how clean your water is.
