Two conservatives were seated illegitimately: Gorsuch by denying Garland a hearing, Barrett by rushing her thru a week before the election And it’s not just disagreement with the decisions—the decisions (Dobbs, Gruen, the prayer huddle case etc) are nakedly ideologically partisan
