How can anyone NOT question the legitimacy of Supreme Court at this point? It is a transparently ideological/partisan tool of the Federalist Society an the right.

The lack of court reform NOW could destroy us. When SCOTUS takes up the NC case this fall the future of representative democracy is in THEIR horribly biased hands. Think: constitutional crisis.
