WRONG. No one is Holy except God. However each life is precious (including unborn). God did not Ordain govt to be a caregiver from Cradle to Grave. GOVTs primary responsibility is to Protect its Citizens from Enemies both Foreign (Military) & Domestic (Police) & Provide for 1/2

I’m an atheist and what she talking about is human decency and isn’t solely ascribed to any faith. AOC is an example of what we all could be to make this world better.
