I keep thinking about how Hitler said, late in the war, that "the only way they could have stopped us was if they had come at us early, swift, and hard." Officialdom pussyfooted around and that was a big, big mistake.

Officialdom pussyfooted around because corporate moguls admired Hitler and Mussolini for their success in destroying the labor movement. If Adolf hadn't gotten greedy, they likely would have left him alone.

You know why, right? He was anti-communist and the capitalists in power were intent on crushing workers' movements bcs they themselves were fascists and had q lot in common with Hitler. Same as now.

Why do you keep thinking about it? Do you have someone in mind that needs to be stopped?

Great job getting advice from a totalitarian fascist on how to stop opposition through totalitarian fascistic means. Best way to stop Hitler was not to ruin the economy.

So we should exterminate that half of Americans?

We were not taught how supportive American “Industrial Giants” were of Hitler. I didn’t learn about the Business Plot (aka Wall Street Putsch) until I was an adult. Nor did I learn how Ford, Texaco, GM, Alcoa and others supported fascism. Today it’s important to remember that.
