I think it's going to go to real judge on appeal, if I understand correctly. That's touch and go, whether I understand correctly or not, but I'm of the understanding that they're now champing at the bit to get to a real judge.
Did yiu even read the order and opinion? The opinion and order were reasonable and rational and based on law. The taint team and investigation team both acknowledged privileged documents.
