This is sophistry. This person hasn’t worked for more than a handful of years and thinks they can redesign the compensation structure of a multi-billion dollar industry. This is pure personal pride without any economic insight, whatsoever.

Whether you have worked for a company a day, a decade, or never at all, you have the right to call out a multi billion dollar company for union busting or refusing to give proper benefits to their workers.

No one said they don’t have the right to free speech, but the expectation that their inexperience should be met without critique is naïveté. Also, frankly, Starbucks is one of the best employers of all chain stores, particularly in the realm of benefits.
