They’ve been sent federal money several times to fix the problem. I’d say theft is a bigger problem in those areas. But i bet you read a book about representative democracy (the normal voting process we already have) and know it all now 😂

But we can send billions to Ukraine, Israel, the Defense Department, the oil companies, or to bail out the banksters at the drop of a hat.

There is always money for war, but no money to help the poor. ( tsk tsk ).
