My message to Howard Schultz, the billionaire CEO of Starbucks, is this:
Stop the war on workers.
Stop union busting.
Recognize the union.
Sit down, and negotiate a decent first contract — NOW.
I worked for Starbucks from 97 to 05. You should have seen the anti union propaganda they fed us in management training. They've always been anti worker. They also exploit coffee farmers around the world.
