Forgiving $700B of PPE loans most of which didn’t even make it to the workers for whom they were intended while forgiving only $200B in student debt relief is not just an economic decision, it’s social engineering. Jared Kushner’s co. had its entire $800,000 loan fully forgiven.

Preach.
Because it’s never a “handout” when it’s handed to YOU. It’s about time the working class got some help. And the provisions limiting interest from accruing are going to have a big impact. #studentloanforgiveness whitehouse.gov/briefing-room…

So we now have a new norm of establishing what is right based on repeating what we did wrong. We are the two wrongs make a right society now

I may aor may not work for a company that got the max 10 mil loan . When we returned to work after 2 months we had to pay double our insurance premiums for 2 months . When 500k was said to be dedicated to "insurance"

It's an absolute slap in the face to ordinary taxpayers. The current 10-20k plan and associated provisions provide real relief, yes, but how much un-prosecuted waste and fraud occurred under the CARES act that in no way benefited workers? The disparity there is telling.

Both are wrong. It's going to cost each taxpayer $2000 for this. Tack that on to the $5000 tax we're paying through inflation as it is. Gasoline on the fire.

Might be time to rebrand PPP "loans" as PPP "gifts". Did any of the rich scam artists ever have ANY intention of paying them back? How can the "default rate" be 99.9% if they're RICH PEOPLE?!? What was their criteria for "insolvency"? It was raining? They had a headache?
