Forgiving $700B of PPE loans most of which didn’t even make it to the workers for whom they were intended while forgiving only $200B in student debt relief is not just an economic decision, it’s social engineering. Jared Kushner’s co. had its entire $800,000 loan fully forgiven.

A lot of small businesses used EDIL loans to finance thier way out of Trump's mishandling of the pandemic. PPP was a grant for payroll employees and you had to prove it was used for payroll or it became a 1% loan. Also a nice gig.

We shouldn't forgive student loan debt, PPE, and on and on. The government shouldn't be subsidizing or bailing out anyone.

You realize PPP loans were always intended to be forgiven right? Like that was the main feature of the program.

Once it became obvious how the system was so abused, money should have been spent on finding the cheaters and demanding the money back. You realize some companies took huge loans and just fired people anyway, right?

.@GovRonDeSantis on Biden’s unconstitutional taxpayer-funded student loans: “It’s very unfair you have to have a truck driver pay back a loan for somebody that got a PhD in gender studies. That’s not fair. That’s not right.”

Does ACIM not teach gratitude? This is how people with integrity talk -
Congrats to the Debt Collective for this partial victory. Onwards towards free college education for all--a very modest demand in a wealthy society!

I got a better idea, suspend income taxes for any individual making less than $125k a year for 2023. That way everyone benefits, not just the people who made bad decisions picking worthless degrees in majors the real world doesn’t care about

Those were grants not loans when taken out. Although free college is a goal it's not here yet. Peeps can't go thinking debt forgiveness is normal
