Why do some people think kindergarten through 12th grade is reasonable public education but anything beyond that is getting something for nothing? It’s reasonable govt investment to support people going as high in their education including technical school as they’re able to go.

Without fixing the problems that created the debt they are mearly buying votes. Paying what would be only a fraction of the debt is classic drug dealer tactics. They are buying votes.
