The purpose of government should be to set people up to win… to support a person’s dreams, not thwart them. In too many ways now the system actually sets people up to lose. College loan debt is an example. It’s a predatory system that should never have existed to begin with.

Shouldn’t parents and schools and churches be teaching people how to set up to win. If something is out there setting you up to lose….avoid it. What is wrong with raising our children to be self sufficient, patient , persistent individuals. Worked for you.

So true, the US is clearly supposed to "establish Justice [&]... promote the general Welfare..." Massive student debt is clearly not designed to help, but instead, to essentially create "indentured servants."
