The purpose of government should be to set people up to win… to support a person’s dreams, not thwart them. In too many ways now the system actually sets people up to lose. College loan debt is an example. It’s a predatory system that should never have existed to begin with.

The thing is: what is the purpose of education? If it is about finding a job and being part of the system instead of developing critical thinking aimed at deconstructing and changing the system, is it strange if a student is considered a borrower, a customer, a debtor?

So change the system, do not ask me to pay for "personal" loans I did not agree to and did not benefit from. People should pay their own loans.

It’s not the purpose of government to pay off someone’s debt with taxpayer dollars

Capitalism is predatory by nature. Humans are commodified in a system that values money above all else.

I have to agree with this. If they forgive all these student loan debts, they should abolish the whole program. Otherwise, it will just happen all over again in a few years.

They found other ways to make it worse, using complex tactics.

If you’re not going to shake things up and run for President, then stop. It’s time for some REAL action.
