A little bit of a change here and a little bit of a change there is not fundamental economic reform. As long as the underlying premise is that if corporations do well then the country does well, then corporations might win but the people will lose.

That is the underlying premise of capitalists who you have loved and supported. Capitalists with support of folks like you have resisted competitive markets, markets that minimize rent seeking opportunities. Now that you are reforming what alternative are u offering?

People need to FEEL the change every day. You can’t sell scraps to people who are starving (literally and metaphorically) no matter how effective your messaging. People sense, correctly, that on a fundamental level, things aren’t changing. They’re right.

Every time. Corporates are powerful, greed-fuelled, unaccountable kleptocracies embedded, tumour-like, within our democratic societies. They've slyly convinced us they're essential when they really aren't. There are organisational structures that are far more equitable & just.

Here’s another example, Marianne. @Starbucks closed its most SUDDENLY closed prominent location in Kansas City with minutes notice to employees. This occurred after a failed tie vote to unionize last month. bizjournals.com/kansascity/n…

How much are you worth stupid? Oh never mind, you're not corporation, so your greed is immaterial. #FundamentalEconomicReform
