Sometimes you’re sitting looking out the window thinking about something. Someone might look at that and think you’re not “doing” anything, but you’re actually doing your most creative thinking or simply resting in between times of outer productivity. It’s called being human!

You say it’s fine but the word worker productivity tracking system would say that it’s *not* fine, so yes I do think the company is wrong to micromanage workers in such a psychologically debilitating way.
