I was disappointed at the ending, which seemed to me rather inconclusive. You could have ended with "so we need to end capitalism," but you didn't.

What strikes me most about the mental-health industry is that, as with other dimensions of society, privatizing the solution has radically failed. "Being the change" doesn't move the big wheel--it's the big wheel--society--that's crushing us, the many little wheels.

The result of generations of ruling class disaggregation of underclass families and reaggregation into wage and debt slave colonies. Humans find meaning in tribal family interactions with their natural environment, not as "workers" for distant billionaires.
