Humanity is on a collision course with itself. We can survive IF: ...we get rid of nuclear bombs .... shut down fossil fuel extraction ... learn to live collaboratively ... wage peace instead of war. Our choice is a fundamental break with the past, or species extinction.

Nuclear weapons have kept us safe since 1945. Threat of global destruction is simply unthinkable to everyone. If no fossil fuels, 1/2+ of the world would starve or freeze to death. All advanced primates battle, can't change biology. Fantasy world!

We can survive if we make humans a multi planetary species. Elon Musk is working very hard on that.

I’m afraid people don’t care because it most likely won’t directly affect most of us. It is future generations who will pay, and the future is abstract. What gets no attention is the fact that we are also taking down millions of other species with us.

Completely agree. But for that to happen the change needs to come from inside each and everyone of us. Until we become conscious of our ego, learn to not let it dominate our lives and align our souls with the rest of the universe nothing will save us.

I believe that there are enough enlightened Souls, who simply being alive, will tip the balance and allow this planet to go on a new course of belief and action. That is why all of the light weavers (workers) have come to this planet over so many years!!
