This alone should be enough to put Govt regulation of Facebook on the table, seems the right to privacy needs an Amendment and not limited to just Govt actions.

Hopefully you read the whole story. Baby was viable (6 months) and they burned then buried the body. Search warrant for messages came after that

There is an old saying that I first heard back in the 1980s - "Never say anything on the phone that you would not want played back in court." This could be updated for emails and text messages.
