The way for the people to decide is via an amendment to the constitution. If you get that done then so be it.

The Second Amendment does not give you the "right" to have any kind of gun at any age under any circumstances, any more than the "right" to drive a car means you can drive without a license, at any speed, or against the flow of traffic. This isn't just about you.
