A society in which working folk have leverage is the only society consistent with being a functional democracy. Power always ebbs and flows between interest groups. Well maintained institutions (law, government exec and judicial, and yes, the media), should encourage this flow.

They're worried. They can't outsource anymore. There's many unfilled jobs. Grocery store, coffee shops are unionizing - the labor market is gaining leverage.
