Why are you spreading misinformation?? Stewart is either dumb or lazy. Republicans supported the bill until Democrats threw in $400 Billion of uncontrolled spending.

A very typical tactic for Democrats is to put something everyone in Congress wants to pass in a bill that has something very controversial that the GOP does not want to become law then the Democrats refuse to break up the one large bill into smaller bills.
