FDR was a socialist who tossed several hundred thousand law abiding US citizens and residents in concentration camps due to their ethnicity and prolonged the depression while attempting to stack SCOTUS. Naturally he is near-worshipped by leftoids.

1) He was not a socialist. 2) His interning the Japanese was a great historical error absolutely 3) He did not prolong the depression; he helped end it and helped people survive it 4) His threat to pack the court was a good move 5) Read “No Ordinary Time” for correct information.

I fear taxes and want a super yacht. FDR will free me from these fears and wants?

One of the many things FDR was wrong about. He was also wrong to provoke Pearl Harbor for his own political gain, as well as internment of innocent civilians on the basis of them being Japanese.
