Kind of hard to rise up against an over-funded military.

The comparison is incongruous. Humans can consume less, eat less meat, ban plastic, buy electric cars, recycle. Yes we need to fix things but are we ALL really doing our best? NOPE!

You will need military to protect assets of the wealthy when the protests start because of climate change

Naw. Biden's Crime Bill 2.0 designed to increase policing will put a stop to any uprising. Remember brutality against protestors at Dakota Access Pipeline?

$37billion for police will not address the real issues. Since 1990s crimes of our government, corporate crime, corruption of Congress, police abuse has risen dramatically. All other crimes are down. A country which can force compliance has no need for the consent of the governed.
