"Staffing Agencies" and "Contractors" are used to procure immigrant children to do work for corporations in the US. Corporations usually outsource their abuse to avoid culpability. It's more common than you may realize.

These were youth not children. There is a difference but I don’t see anything wrong with them working a bit as long as they are going to school too. That’s where it falls short.
