Well yesterday it was comparing conservatives to Facists and today it's comparing returning the constitutional right of self-governance to the states to slavery. The left employs hyperbole so easily. This is why no one (except lefties) believes the left anymore. 10th Amendment

I have not compared conservatives to fascists. I have compared fascists to fascists, and fascists are not conservative. And your 10th amendment point is absurd. Do you think we should have just left the decision whether or not to have slavery “up to the States?”

As for your dismissal of the 10th amendment "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, /nor prohibited by it to the States/..") I'll point out that the Constitution prohibits from states the power to enforce slavery. This is clear in the 14th amendment.

Well, there WAS a constitutional amendment outlawing slavery, but there is nothing in the constitution about abortion, one way or another.
