Some Republican lawmakers are suggesting surveillance cameras to track license plates in case people are trying to leave the state to attain an abortion. There was a time when I would’ve thought not to worry because something that sick and draconian would never get past SCOTUS.

History tends to repeat itself- the current SCOTUS “conservative” dominance reminded me of the medieval “dark age” when church overpowered state. After that dark period, it came the enlightenments age. I am hopeful, the next Enlightenments Age is around the corner.

Sadly it seems an extension of contract tracing and other government sanctioned stalking. All in the name of public safety.
