He's basically saying that the government won't do anything to fix this, but he really hopes things turn out okay for you.

It looks like our FAA and DOT aren鈥檛 doing badly 鈥⑩仩US carriers cancellation ranges from <1% to 3% 鈥⑩仩Canadian carriers ~6-12% cancellation 鈥⑩仩Australian carriers ~5-12% cancellation 鈥⑩仩European carriers ~9% cancellations (Based off the thread)
