For the future yes, right now gas prices are going to be real trouble for this administration at mid terms and later. People are going to vote with their wallets, they always have . Hope I am wrong

Too late! The damage is done and will take decades to correct. It will be years before any meaningful corrective measures are in place long enough to have any real effect. I'm 67, in very good health and doubt I'll see any real environmental improvement in the rest of my life.
