You will end us if you don't make an alternate to transition to completely before ending the fossil fuel industry. Good luck getting the rest of the world off it as well.

Avocado toast doesn't grow in the wild. It gets to the store on trailers pulled by diesel trucks LOL

I love the energy but at the same time I’m sitting here being realistic. I am not expecting people to sit back and pay around $60,000 for a new car. When they are still currently paying on their fossil fuel car. Unfortunately our country is built on the dependency of fossil fuels

Fine and how do you intend to replace it?

Ask Germany how that's working out.. oh right they are starting up their coal mines so people don't die

Says the person who charges their car with electricity drawn from fossil fuels... do better

But how are you going to get there in the interim? What replaces it? How is this decades long transition of infrastructure managed? Everybody likes the environment (nearly), but few have solutions grounded in the realities of it all. Also, 1/2 of a barrel of oil used for plastic

Overpopulation, food and water insecurity and undefended borders will do that long before.
