Lies all lies. All SCOTUS did was block an EPA scheme that wasn't in effect. Nothing has changed. Only that the rule that was proposed and retracted cannot be implemented.

Congress can veto supreme court decisions, limit their powers. Congress can also ban gerrymandering and make elections more democratic with Approval voting or even more so by passing the FairRepAct to give us proportional representation.
