Why is it terrifying? All the court said was that Congress had not (yet) given the EPA rule making jurisdiction over one policy area. It reverts to Congress (e.g., democracy) to either write the rules or yive the EPA authority.

It is. EPA was formed for a reason as were other agencies. The Court has dumped stuff on a congress that has trouble getting things done.

I don't think you live in the real world. if you can't get India and China on board then everything we're doing is useless. it's a little like trying to rake your yard without any of your neighbors doing as so as well and wind blows. u want us to destroy ourselves for the planet

The whole world watches as we implode. Putin's money did this. He elected Trump and then bought the Republicans in the Senate.

The whole fucking court is terrifying, especially once you realize that unless we fucking do something we're stuck w these facist illegitimate motherfuckers for another 20 plus years.

The question is this. Are those decisions the Supreme Court should make? They debate constitutionality. Not policy.

The Bible is now ruling this country. They don't care if we overheat and die off, it is part of God's plan. This earth is just a temporary station for them, their real everlasting life is in the heavens. We must realize - the Bible is now in power in this country
