When Steve Bannon said their goal was to dismantle the administrative state, he meant it. Basically these people do not want the government to exist in any way to help people. They want unfettered capitalism, not democracy, to be the basic governing principle of America.

Umm no. zero congressionally legislated record for agencies to lump CO2 into the same category as highly toxic substances. So say we abolish all fossil fuels, you people are spazzes on nuclear - so how will cars be fueled and double the electricity be generated?

That is exactly what the court has said. The people (by the elected) has to decide. Not courts (roe) , Not appointed Agencies (rule by mandates without peoples elected. Courts are slowly controlling a Whitehouse out of Control.
