They just said that Congress needs to give the EPA the power to regulate and thus set rules. All Congress needs to do is pass a simple law to fix this. Easy as that!

So what do you suggest we do? Just keep voting Dem? That seems like a tried and failed path toward continued failure. Change the structure of the system. That is our only way out.
