I agree with her.
THIS from @AOC is how Democrats should be talking about SCOTUS: “The Supreme Court has engaged in overreach and it is the responsibility of the President and Congress to put them in check because they have deligitimized themselves.”

You need to study HS civics again. The Supreme Court keeps the Executive and Legislative Branches in check The West Va. vs EPA case is about to be the biggest case in 100 years forcing Congress to stop writing vague laws & put a check on fed agencies. msnbc.com/the-reidout/reidou…

AOC is a wonder… I don’t agree with all her proposed policy initiatives… But, she is a refreshing breath of fresh air in Congress… No BS. This is what’s important, this is what we should be working on.

It takes a "A Two-Thirds Vote" from both the House and the Senate to overturn a decision from the Supreme Court! ... This should be our Aim ... our Goal!

Why was a president that was impeached twice allowed to pack all the courts and the supreme court? Shouldn't that delegitimise all his nominees? Why can't the judges be impeached for lying under oath at their confirmation hearings?

Yet she and the squad could have witheld their votes on every spending bill and forced the corporatists to meet their demands. We elected them to fight for the people, not tweet and go on talk shows whining abt how powerless they are.
