The NLRB is an example of government doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s under resourced but clearly trying.
Trader Joe’s broke the law by retaliating against workers who were organizing in Burlington, VT. Managers denied raises to workers who organized a petition to demand COVID protections, hazard pay, and sick leave. The NLRB ruled the company owes those workers backpay.

They need to make rulings quicker. Filing for elections shouldn’t take 4 months for a decision.
