The NLRB is an example of government doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s under resourced but clearly trying.
Trader Joe’s broke the law by retaliating against workers who were organizing in Burlington, VT. Managers denied raises to workers who organized a petition to demand COVID protections, hazard pay, and sick leave. The NLRB ruled the company owes those workers backpay.

A united workforce is the only fightback against the greed and exploitation of workers. Solidarity is power. Corporations backing of politicians who pass their anti discriminatory worker legislation have all the power unless we stand together. United we win, divided we beg.
