RvW was NEVER law. How do Americans not know this? The supreme Court has now allowed this to be decided by the states. It is up to the individuals of each state and their elected officials to decide their law. If the Dems were serious about RvW they would have codified it.

Their problem is with women doing ANYTHING without the oversight and control of men. It's not even about sex.The concept that women are autonomous humans is completely outside the realm of their twisted, delusional world views. It's archaic and sadistic.

Abortion regulation is going to the states so it can go through the legislature and become actual law voted by the people and their elected officials. We are a republic whether people want to believe that or not. Ginsberg said the same in 2013!

Getting nasty at people who truly believe that pregnant ladies are carrying babies, and that killing babies is wrong, is beneath you... even if you don't think that pregnant ladies are actually carrying babies. I assume that you agree that killing babies is wrong.
